Your storefront, orders, bookings and customer conversations connected in one platform.

Welcome to the Mesadash blog.

This is our first post, so we want to begin with the most important question: what is Mesadash, and why are we building it?

Many businesses already receive customer messages through different apps. But turning those conversations into real orders, confirmed appointments and completed payments is often messy. The catalogue may be in one place, bookings in another, customer details in a notebook and payments somewhere else.

Mesadash brings those parts together.

What is Mesadash?

Mesadash is a business platform that connects customer conversations with the real work happening behind them.

It gives businesses their own digital storefront, product or service catalogue, ordering or booking system, payment options, team workspace and customer records. Conversations from connected channels arrive in one inbox, while each order or appointment follows the rules of the business that created it.

Mesadash is not a generic chatbot and it is not built around one messaging app. It is one platform with specialised products for different trades.

A restaurant needs menus, item variants, delivery zones and branch assignment. A car wash needs vehicle-based pricing, time slots and service capacity. A salon or spa needs staff calendars, service durations and deposits. Mesadash gives each trade the structure it actually needs.

One platform, with a product for each trade

Every industry works differently. That is why Mesadash does not force every business into the same generic workflow.

Mesadash for restaurants

Restaurants can manage menus, item options, branches, delivery zones and fees from one platform. Customers can browse the restaurant’s storefront, add items to a cart, choose a branch, provide delivery details and complete checkout.

Orders from the storefront and connected conversations arrive in the same business workspace.

Mesadash for car washes and auto care

Car-wash and auto-care businesses can offer services priced by vehicle type, manage booking capacity for each branch, collect deposits and notify customers when bookings are confirmed, changed or cancelled.

Mesadash for beauty and wellness

Salons, spas, barbershops, nail studios and other beauty businesses can manage services, staff calendars, appointment duration, deposits and reminders. Customers can choose a service, select an available professional and reserve a suitable time.

More trade-specific products will be added as Mesadash grows. The platform is shared, but every product includes the catalogue structure, scheduling rules and workflows required by its industry.

Your own digital storefront

Every Mesadash product includes a storefront designed around the way that business sells.

For a restaurant, the storefront is a live menu with products, photos, branches, a cart and checkout. For a salon or car wash, it becomes a booking page where customers select a service, choose a time and pay any required deposit.

The business can share its storefront link in its social-media bio, add it to a flyer, place it behind a QR code or send it directly to a customer. It opens in the browser, so the customer does not need to install another app.

The storefront belongs to the business. It uses the business’s catalogue, brand and link instead of placing the business inside somebody else’s marketplace.

One catalogue behind every experience

The storefront and connected conversations use the same catalogue.

When a restaurant changes a price, the new price is reflected wherever customers order. When a salon changes staff availability, customers see the correct booking options. When a car wash updates a service for a particular vehicle type or location, the booking process follows the new rule.

Businesses do not have to maintain separate information for every channel.

Customer chat inside every product

Customer support is not a separate Mesadash product. Instead, chat is built into every product.

A restaurant can communicate with a customer about an order. A salon can discuss an appointment. A car wash can clarify a booking. The conversation remains connected to the business activity instead of becoming an isolated message with no context.

Mesadash can connect conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, while the public storefront works on the web. These are channels connected to the platformnot the platform itself.

Each conversation keeps its own history, and the business can view and manage connected conversations through one shared inbox.

An AI assistant that works within clear limits

Mesadash includes an AI assistant to help understand customer messages and guide routine interactions.

The assistant works from a defined list of customer intentions, such as placing an order, making a booking, checking an existing request, cancelling or asking a question. It uses the catalogue, prices, opening hours, locations and policies entered by the business.

It does not invent products, prices or policies. It cannot independently confirm, charge or cancel something outside the platform’s normal checks. When it is uncertain, it asks a simple question or hands the conversation to a person.

The goal is dependable automation not an AI that improvises and creates problems for the business.

Payments go directly to the business

Mesadash is designed to help businesses maintain control of their revenue and customer relationships.

Businesses can use supported payment options such as Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, OPay, bank transfer or cash. Online payments settle through the business’s own payment provider. Mesadash does not hold the business’s money or take a percentage of every sale.

This allows businesses to offer digital ordering and booking without surrendering a portion of every transaction to a marketplace.

Built for branches, teams and growing businesses

Mesadash also supports the operational details that become important as a business grows.

  • Branch-specific pricing, availability and staff
  • Customer records based on real interactions
  • Team access with different roles and permissions
  • A shared inbox for connected conversations
  • Multiple businesses managed from one account
  • Orders, bookings and payments organised in one workspace

Whether a business operates from one location or several branches, Mesadash keeps each catalogue, team and customer journey properly organised.

Why we are building Mesadash

Small and growing businesses deserve more than a basic link page, a disconnected chatbot or a marketplace that takes control of the customer relationship.

They need software that understands how their trade works, helps customers take action and keeps the business in control.

That is what we are building with Mesadash: one platform where a conversation can become a real order or booking, the storefront and chat share the same information, payment goes to the business and staff can step in whenever a person is needed.

This is only the beginning. We will continue improving the current products and introduce more products for other trades as the platform grows.
